  • Absolutely. All sessions can be done via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. If you’re local, in-person sessions are also available.

  • I do not accept insurance. The Take Charge Method is a private-pay program. However, I can provide you with receipts that you may submit to your HSA or FSA (if applicable). Many clients choose to invest this way.

  • Because of the personalized nature of lab testing and coaching, refunds aren’t available once the program begins. But I am fully committed to supporting you every step of the way, and you’ll always have my guidance, adjustments, and accountability throughout the 6 months.
