Running at full tilt, juggling cross-country business travel, motherhood, and all the “right” wellness habits. From the outside? I looked like I had it handled.

1000% percent mountains! I started climbing 14ers about 10 years ago. I love the mental & physical challenge with the sweet taste of victory at the top of those gorgeous summits.
